A PhD scholarship available immediately at the Earth Science and Engineering Department, Imperial College London, for a student holding an Israeli citizenship.
Imperial College London is currently ranked the 10th university in the world in Engineering sciences (http://www.timeshighereducation.co.uk/world-university-rankings/2012-13/subjectranking/subject/engineering-and-IT).
The scholarship includes a generous bursary for living in London, all tuition fees, an allowance for both professional and private travels between the UK and Israel, and a generous allowance for consumables. The primary advisor is Dr Rafi Blumenfeld of Imperial College and the co-advisor is Prof. Moshe Schwartz of the School of Physics and Astronomy, Tel Aviv University.
